RETURNS

To return products, please follow the steps below:
1. Read the terms and conditions below under which products can be returned, as well as the Section - RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY of the Terms and Conditions.


2. Contact us in writing at the Customer Relations Department, MANOKHI – 23-25 Ion Brezoianu St., district 1, zip code 010131, Bucharest, Romania or by e-mail at contact@manokhi.com. Return requests are not accepted by phone, social networks, text messages or whatsapp or by any other means of communication, except those indicated above.

4. If you have received confirmation that you meet the general return conditions, please send the products, together with the original signed Return Form, via a reputable courier company, to MANOKHI – 23-25 Ion Brezoianu, district 1, zip code 010131, Bucharest, Romania. All return costs are borne by you.


5. After the products have reached us and been checked, you will be contacted regarding the progress and completion of this procedure.


6. We will refund the product value without delay, and no later than:
(i) fourteen (14) days from the date on which we receive back from you any products delivered; or
(ii) if the products have not been delivered, fourteen (14) days from the date on which we are informed of your withdrawal.
You will receive the amount to be returned to the account mentioned in the Return Form, under the condition that we receive the products, within 14 calendar days, in the same condition in which they were delivered.


IMPORTANT – The return policy is valid only for products purchased online!



1. Terms and conditions of return - extract
The return of products is accepted according to the terms and conditions mentioned below and are in accordance with the provisions of G.E.O. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights for contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of certain laws.
Products that are the subject of orders concluded online, except for those mentioned below in the Section - Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized), can be returned, without invoking any reason within 14 days from the date of their receipt; before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of O.U.G. no. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days from the day on which he takes physical possession of the product.


Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of art. 16 letter c) of G.E.O. no. 34/2014, products made according to the specifications presented by you (e.g. measures and/or color, etc.) or clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal/return.


In the case of legal entities (they do not have the status of consumers) we reserve the right to accept or not the return of the products.


The product will be replaced only if it is defective, damaged, or need to be resized by MANOKHI’s fault.


We will make the refund to your bank account. If we do not have your account bank, we will ask for your bank account to which we will refund the price. You will not be charged any commissions as a result of the refund. If you are a Romanian tax resident and your bank account is not in RON, the exchange rate difference will be borne by you. Also, if the bank account is opened at a foreign bank, the commissions and bank charges will be borne by you.
If we have sent the products to you and you have cancelled the order, we may postpone the refund until we receive the products back.
If we do not receive the products related to the cancelled order back, we have the right, but not the obligation, to collect them from you for a fee.
You will return the products related to the cancelled order to MANOKHI – 23-25 Ion Brezoianu St. district 1, Zip Code 010131, Bucharest, Romania, tel. 004 0730666422 (RO), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the products back before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period.

When you return it, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, without stains, tears or other defects. It must be accompanied by the original, intact label, in the original packaging, which contains the item identification code. Products must be returned unused and with all MANOKHI labels still attached and with the seal unbroken (if the products have any seals applied). Where provided, tapes and any MANOKHI packaging elements, such as authenticity labels, dust bags and leather tags, must be included in the return. If the products we delivered to you were accompanied by any gifts, when you return the products you must also return the gifts.


Returned products that are used or damaged or dirty or without labels or with broken seals (where seals are applied) cannot be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense, and a refund will be refused.


The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.


We also inform you that before any refund is made, the returned product will be inspected to verify that it has all the characteristics of the product. If it is found that the returned product does not have all these characteristics, the return of the product will be refused, you will be informed of the reason for the refusal and the product sent by you will be returned to you, at your expense.


We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are repeatedly returned.



2. Return costs
All return costs (e.g. transportation costs, customs duties, as well as any other taxes levied by the country from where, respectively to which the products are returned, etc.) are borne by you. If we are obliged to pay customs duties or any other taxes levied by the country from where, respectively to which the products are returned, their value will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If their value is higher than the value of the product, we cannot be obliged to take over the product and complete the return process, respectively we cannot be obliged to refund the price paid for that product until you pay all these taxes.
The consumer is only responsible for the diminution in the value of the products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, according to art. 14 paragraph 3 of OUG 34/2014.



3. Used or damaged or non-conforming products
In cases where returned products are used or show damage or are incomplete, show signs of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Returned products that are used or damaged or dirty or without labels or with broken seals cannot be accepted and may be sent back to you, with the refund being refused.
We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in the event of abuse (repeated returns).
